10 Day Free Demand Service

We assign the above account to Industrial Credit Service (ICS) for collection as a 10 Day Free Demand. ICS will send a demand to the debtor and it is agreed that if we notify ICS within 10 days of the above date of monies received from the debtor there be will be no fee on that portion for ICS services. After this 10 day demand period, ICS will immediately proceed on the balance remaining and fees are due on any monies received or reported. Should you request to stop collection once the account has been placed normal fees will apply. Free demand claims may not be withdrawn for a partial payment or for a promise of payment. As our agent, ICS is authorized to proceed to collect the account on its established rules and rates listed on this website. ICS is authorized to forward this account to an attorney or to an agency in the debtor’s area. ICS, its associate offices, agencies or attorneys are authorized to accept payments and to endorse checks, notes, money orders or drafts for deposit, the net proceeds of which ICS will remit to us. Special authorization is required to file suit or compromise.

Contractors Bond Placement

We assign the above account to Industrial Credit Service (ICS) for collection as a Contractors Bond Placement and authorize ICS to file suit.  We agree to pay an initial court cost advance of $250.00 to start the legal process. ICS will proceed immediately on the balance.  Fees are due to ICS on any money received or reported.  It is our understanding a contingency fee at the rate of 15% will be charged for any monies recovered, without a court appearance, from the Washington State Contractor’s Bond.  If a court appearance is required, such as arbitration hearing, trial or any motion in Superior Court, the contingency rate shall increase to 35%.  Any remaining deficit balance due, outside the Bond funds collected, will also be collected at the contingency rate of 35%.  As our agent, ICS is authorized to forward this account to an attorney or to an agency in the debtor’s area.  ICS, its associate offices, agencies or attorneys are authorized to accept payments and to endorse checks, notes, money orders or drafts for deposit, the net proceeds of which ICS will remit to us.
